So, technically I'm not new here. I mean, I've been to this site before, but I've never made an account. I'm an avid roleplayer who had the problem of loosing her favorite roleplay sites once I left for the summer. I've decided to start over again, hopefully making some new friends in the process. So, some basic information: I'm a fifteen year old girl living on the East Coast of the USA. My real name is Jayne (my parents thought that they were being really rebellious by putting a 'y' in 'Jane') but everyone calls me Jay. I'm originally from Montreal, Canada, where even though my first language was English, I went to a French school. When I moved to the States, my mom asked the principal of my school to make sure I was getting extra help with my English (which, by that point, had become weak compared to my French) so I was put in ESL. Which sucked. It's me, my frumpy old teacher, and a boy from Germany. It's one big party.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer and snowboarding. Soccer I'm able to play year round, but snowboarding is my passion. You know how you have that dream that you know will never come true, but you pray and plead nevertheless? Yeah, well mine is to be sponsored by Burton or K2 or some other company. I'm also an artist, and if I don't manage to make it to the X-Games or Olympics, then I'd love to go to art school. Music is also a big thing in my world, mostly alternative and classic rock, but I'll give anything a chance, really. I'm slightly boy crazy, and like every other girl in the world I think Gaspard Ulliel is the hottest thing to ever grace this world. I also enjoy staring longingly at pictures of Emile Hirsch and Jared Padalecki, among others.
On the subject of roleplaying, my favorite genres are Harry Potter (pre and post; no trio) and the occasional High School/Boarding School. I had about three Harry Potter forums that were all running strong before I went to camp in June, and now I can't seem to find any of them. I can't make graphics very well, but I can manage to take a picture and turn it into a cool signature with some funky song lyrics. So, that's about it.
