A friend of mine and I really would like to put together an Desert Island RP based on the storyline of The Beach. For those of you who haven't seen the movie it's about a island village built by people who leave a life of fast paced technology and cultural luxuries behind for a life on a paradise island. All is not well, however, since on the other side of their perfect island there is a band of drug cartels who usually terrorize the the people of the village.

We would of course add our own twists to the plot. We're thinking of adding two different villages to put at odds with each other, through we're not completely sure we want to add the drug cartels.
