On the Fifth Day of the Green Moon in the year 728, Lord Aelin Telimar of Barena declared war on the nations of Elafa and Farlan. Soon after, both Queen and Princess of the Dragons joined an alliance with the elves and fairies, leaving the witches to fend for themselves.

Ambassadors from Elafa and the Dragon Lands are both currently staying in Parasout in an audience with Princesses Hayden and Jaina Ivanti. It appears that the primary force for this side would be that led by Queen Aly Silverwing and her younger sister, Rebeka. However, Ambassador Christos Dendiros and his aide, Meira Selina, also have armies at their disposal.

At the moment, it appears as if Ein Tonikza, King of the Elves, is remaining a neutral force, even as his nation prepares for the imminent war. But Barena is far beyond invincible. The Gray Court is acting up in Exian again, and Pheobe Elanis, Lord Telimar's current lover and the bearer of his twin children, is busy attempting to deal with them while keeping Aelin's mood manageable.

While all of this is going on, there are good things being wrought. Kaelan Cavan, aide to Princess Hayden Ivanti, has newly born twin sisters and is deep in love with his mistress. Delkin Latiner, a dragon warrior, is presenting gifts to the Queen of the Dragons, and Draco Wolf, one of Delkin's comrades, has been speaking with the young dragon noble.

Will the war bring utter chaos to Amana? Will such an act be the end of Barena? Will the council now taking place in Parasout solve everything? Be careful. Things are not always as they appear.

It is the Sixth Day of the Green Moon, and all hell has broken loose in the once peaceful city of Parasout. The palace is now inhabited by a formidable combination of dragons, elves, fairies, and a single witch. The group of dignitaries are now working out a strategy for defending themselves as Lord Aelin Telimar of Barena sends forth an army of air elementals with the aid of his foster sister, Seraphina.

Pheobe Elanis, Aelin's lover and the bearer of his twins, is now preparing for the upcoming war as well, adamantly proposing that she will join Aelin on the field of battle in Parasout. As the elementals of air near the Dragon Lands, time is running short, and decisions must be made.

The elves represent a wide array of types of diplomacy in the team recognized in Farlan. Ambassador Christos Dendiros, is the voice of reason out loud whereas Meira Selina is a more reserved logical thinker. Prince Letrian Tonikza allows his emotions to run wild, immediately uttering veiled threats toward Erik Celin, leader of the Gray Court.

As the king of the elves, Ein Tonikza, arrives in Parasout, Princess Hayden Ivanti agrees to court her aide, Kaelan Cavan. Her sister, Jaina Ivanti, heartily agrees with this match, and has even proven herself as a formidable diplomat in the conferences held in her home city.

Romance is rampant within those of draconian blood, as well. Queen Aly Silverwing has made her affection apparent toward one of her warriors, Delkin Latiner. While this is happening, her younger sister, Princess Rebeka Silverwing, is falling for Erik Celin, the lone witch in a group of their enemies.

Alone in Avandi, Seth Peril is working to create a barrier to protect the realm of Elafa with the water elementals that he so adores. However, this kind of power takes time. Will he succeed in time to contest the witches or their elemental horde?

The land is wrought with chaos and war. Will Amana survive?
