So I have the newest version of FF. can't remember why I downloaded it, but I do. Anyway. FF is my primary browser, and I have tried all of the more popular ones, and love it the most. However. with this newest version, I have come across a couple of things. one: a website, not one that I use a lot, but nevertheless it's annoying, will not go through becasue FF 3.0 is too new a version, and they haven't tested it out yet (stupid government). So they force me to go back to IE (which I hate passionately). 2. One of the FF addons that I really want now, will not work with 3.0...it will only work with 2.0.0. So...here is my question. Should I revert back to the older version, and get the addon that I want (and how would I do that anyway...?) or should I keep the newer version, and hope that someone comes up with an update for the addon I want? (Note, the addon hasn't been edited since May of 07)
Which addon is it? I had the same problem - but I discovered there was an unreleased version of the addon that was open for testing, which I'm currently using right now... it works fine.
I haven't come across any websites that don't work, so I can't comment there. I have 2 on one computer, and v3 on the laptop at the moment. XD Mostly cause I haven't got around to installing 3 on this comp yet.
