Information:

I have tried and failed to start my fair share of school-esque roleplays. I have started them with people I knew personally but eventually lost interest because we both created too many characters, and other people found it difficult to join because everything was so tight-knit. I am now trying to branch out on my own with a similar setting in mind, but I would like the help of other dedicated roleplayers that can help me build a welcoming community that others would like to join. After all, a welcoming community is what makes a roleplay something to come back to.

What I am looking to start, would be a University-aged school setting, but I don't want the entire roleplay to revolve around Bitsy and Bobby and their never-ending break-up cycle. I want something a little more... Intriguing. Maybe something with a flair of mystery. I need people to bounce ideas off of and that's where this form comes into play. I want to have a staff that is open to expressing their views and ideas and, in turn, listening to others.
