Information: Updating admin: You'll be in charge of the sign-up forums and keeping them up to date; Pruning the lists of people who've left the site and keeping the boards clean, closing and moving old threads, etc.
Welcoming admin: You're in charge of making new or potential members feel welcome on the site; answering any questions they may have, showing them where the application form is or where the sign-ups are, etc.
Just so you know: I'm not picky about who I give access to the Mod CP, but it's recommended that you've at least moderated another board, if you don't own one yourself.
