Information:
first off; my site's plotline:

it's the summer of 2008.
we live in a world dominated by fear, pursued by aggression, and broken by only
a child's voice. it seems like all sense of innocence is otherwise lost. humanity no longer exists; the strange
crossbreeds between magi, vampires, werewolves and hybrids have transformed what was otherwise
a peaceful world into a chaotic anarchy where the government does little to help. in fact, the people we
were have become something so different you could even call it a bloodbath. only the fittest
survive, and for the weakest; tough luck. sinister love is embraced in this new world of ours
with the subtle sucking of blood, sweet nectar of life draining from a lifeless body. that's how we
live; that's the world we've grown to embrace. the ministers and corrupted government do nothing
but promote this message; life sucks, and so we suck it dry too.
it's in this world that a new hope emerges; a resistance, rooted deep in the heart
of one of the most powerful high-schools of them all. what's so strange, is, this high school
is one of the most prestigious of them all; high ranking, well known for their allegiance to the
government and their upholding of the law – kill or be killed. this high school is home to some of the
worst and the best of the strange mythical beings that now roam the earth; vampires, werewolves, and magi. the occasional crossbreed that slips in is treated with nothing more than contempt – their impure blood
has no place here, nor their weakness. the houses are divided and animosity is the driving force
that excels each student further and further. their one goal? to ensure their comrades, their
blood-brothers and them reap the rewards that come from fighting and
winning over others.
but the resistance still lives on; in the heart of a child.
maggie farfield, a young twelve year old, is murdered brutally in 2048 by a man
she has never known, never spoken to, and never laid eyes upon before that day.
unable to understand the reasons behind her unjust death, her soul is gathered and
transported by means of electricity and time-space boundary breakers to what we consider
'our new world'. here, she is implanted into the body of a hybrid vampire-human, in the hopes
that she might glean some insight into where our world went so wrong in 2008. what maggie isn't
prepared for is the harsh unreality of 2008; where nobody cares. Nonetheless, some loyal supporters
believe in the same things she does, and they form an allegiance to what they consider 'true
friendship and hope', an allegiance that grows to call itself 'Veritie '
but in morte high school, how long can a lie of a hopeful truth combat
the harsh reality itself? and how long will maggie have before her body is
eventually destroyed, or worse; her soul obliterated altogether? it's been said before,
but it'll be said again: this is a world where
veritie OU mort
defines your lies.

obviously, all standard admin duties apply. XDD. this requires you to be EXTREMELY active: I will breath smoke down your neck if you're off for two days, and burn you with hot coals if you take another day off. checking applications, reviewing threads, giving permissions, sorting people into houses, double-checking inactive members, pinpointing errors and plot flaws, updating canon lists and subplot and current relationship status information – these should be VERY THOROUGH jobs. no slip-dandy stuff, thanks. you should also be able to delegate and hand out tasks to moderators, check OOC and IC sections of the forum, and at LEAST be able to do a sufficient job on some sort of photo manipulation program.
co-admin (3)
this job, of course, entails pretty much all the same as above – except you don't have to be as active. shall we go through a rundown once more? you do some of the SMALLER jobs the big admins can't handle; things such as closing off applications and moving them, responding to cries of help, approving some memberships or small applications, creating graphics, monitoring the chat, sending out news, pinpointing errors and plot flaws and creating new canons/subplots when necessary. once again, you can delegate more stuff to others if necessary, but I'd prefer it if you didn't.
moderators: certain sections (4)
mods are of course, the lesser-appreciated mini-admins. in the nicest way possible, they do a lot of the tasks the hobnobs don't have the time to do, so where would we be without them? their main jobs, of course, would center around one particular forum; e.g, moving and approving applications, or updating a certain part of the site, or monitoring IC/OOC categories. they'd deal with the restless members of the forum a lot more, and also be the ones to reply to suggestions and come up with new ideas. so, like I said, where would we be without them? : )
graphics staff (3)
now honestly, these guys are in demand – and we'll need them a lot. they'd still be considered moderators, but in the sense that they'd be able to remove indecent pictures or signatures, alter images they find unnecessary, irrelevant, or futile in it's attempt to portray a certain someone/something (with the roleplayer's permission, thankyou very much). however, they'd be attending more to the technical side of the site – avatars, canon play-by dps, signatures, link images, skins, portal skins, advertisement graphics – need I go on? these guys are needed, baby : ).
