So, I have this issue with some of the boards where when I log into one of the school computers, which I am unable to change size settings for, I can't see the entire board. I noticed that this board has a bottom scroller, but no matter what skin it is, the boards I frequent do not have bottom scrollers. Is it possible to make one? And how?

Um, I don't think it's possible... I could be wrong, though. I've noticed that some forums scroll too, and I believe it's the way the skin creator has designed the skin (depending on whether it stretches when you make the window larger, or whether it's set to stay one width, and one width only). I'm pretty sure that if a skin is made to stay one width, it won't scroll. RPGD's skin changes with the size of the window, though, so it will scroll.
