Does this seem like an oxymoron to anyone else? I mean, I get what they're saying, but still . . . it seems a bit, well, silly. It makes me laugh every time I see it solely because it's a bit contradictory.

A real-life unfortunate confluence of signs I saw once:

"Smith & Sons Mortuary"

and (actually for the apartment complex next door, but right above it)

"Move-In Special!"

Church signs have some of the most interesting ones. xD I remember reading in some book or the other that the author passed this church where the people had a sign up announcing what Sunday's sermon would be about, and it basically said:

"ETERNAL PUNISHMENT
ALL ARE WELCOME"


or something great like that. xD

I just saw that stupid anorexia ad over and over and over again, so I just had to post it. :lol: I'm glad you guys found some entertainment in it like I did.

I have a poster at school that is full of sayings like that and and stuff... I can't think of any of them to save my life, but once I get back to school, I will most assuradly take pictures...lol

Oh! Just remembered one. A gun and ammunitions store, underneath the sign it said, "Back to school Special" o.O :lol:

I remember i was looking at the abortion thread, so the ringtone ad in big bold letters read:
ABORTION RINGTONES!
My mom walked in, and I had a hell of a time trying to explain that to her.
