I think they are called sub boards... but anyway they are the little links in the descritions of the places. How do you put subboards up?
Go to your Admin Control Panel. On the left side will be a category called "Forum Control." Click New Forum. Then it will ask Add to which parent? Choose which forum you want your sub-forum to be under, and there you go. =] If this wasn't clear enough, I'll be glad to explain it further.
