Okay, going back over my site a few times and checking bits and pieces out, I have a funny feeling that I've missed something out. It could be a reason as to why no one is taking any notice of my advertisements.

Also, if anyone has any tips/pointers/suggestions about it, let me know because I know there are things that need to be changed.

Perhaps add a little more in your forum descripts? Some of them are empty and others just seem bare. I, personally, loooove detail. I can't get enough of detail!

That, and how long has it been open? The key thing to a board is that you have to wait. It's a tough thing, but if you wait and keep adding on to your board to offer more and more for it's members such as canons, sub plots, and possibly IC events then more people may become more interested!

If the advertisement isn't getting noticed, perhaps that is what you should change, not the layout of the board.
