I've been in this rp with my friends for like 7 years now. We grew up and really we don't have much time for a chat room rp anymore so we moved to a forum. I bought a domain for us. I spent two weeks trying to sort through coding, add ons, a layout and other stuff. I've been trying to recruit for the past week. Why doesn't anyone want to join?

It's because my mods and admins can't spend four fucking minutes to just post something. I don't care if it's IC or OOC. I've been making announcments every other day, I've been giving them reminders about deadlines and stuff...But hell one of them hasn't even registered and he's been wanting to have actually ooc power for the past couple years So it more or less looks like there's only two people posting...which is a lie because I'm both fucking people!

wow. that totally sucks and it must be really frustrating too. almost depressing kind of when you put all that work into a site and nobody wants to join it.

unfortunately, time and patience is a big factor in getting a site off the ground. i'd rather wait and get good people then have a whole bunch of people sign up and then leave and never do anything on the site. that would be more frustrating for me, personally.
