Information:

* Advertising Moderator- This moderator will have full control of advertising our board, and making and creative an advertisement for the board that includes plot highlights. They will also be in charge of sorting the adverts that come back onto our board. Depeding on this members dedication and the amount of time they spend doing this job, they may be able to get a promotion to full Admin, though their primary job would still be advertising.

* Administrator- Currently in need of an administrator who enjoys thinking up new plots. A knowledge of the X-Men world is not completely necessary though it would be helpful. This administrator needs to be active and needs to have YIM, or be willing to get it as it is the way that myself and my other current Admin chat about plots that we would like to see running and up off the ground. This admin we would also like to be a writer that knows how to bring a reader into the plot.

*Graphics Administrator - This admin will be responsible for making the site look pretty, which will be a serious job because I am ADD and get bored with the site look every now and then. This individual would have be willing to create banners for the site as new members join up, and preferably be available for avatars and sig creation as well. Also, someone willing to create two banners per player (comic book and RL if the person chooses a PB). I also need someone willing to think of new ideas, and who is creative and doesn't need a lot of direction as I am terrible at anything visual.

About the site: XMS (X-Men Sacrifices) is an Alternate Universe currently canon only play by post Roleplaying game. We want to keep it canon only until a lot of the canon characters are filled, then we will be opening it up to OCs, but even then OCs will be carefully monitored, to keep us safe from Mary Sues and Gary Stus. The site is currently open and accepting bios, and we have even been roleplaying for the past couple of weeks to keep the site looking active. There are still numerous amounts of important canons open.

The above helpers are needed because, well we obviously need advertising to get the site's name out there, and we need a plot admin to help create and write, and moniter story arcs for our board with the help of the two current admins.

I might be interested in doing either Adverts or Graphics. I am a huge comic book fan and have a pretty extended knowledge of the characters.

I have been an admin on two Marvel/DC sites, and have been roleplaying for about a year. I'd really like to play Gambit if he's available. I will be available every day of the week, just less so on weekends.

I'm pretty new to graphics, but I am doing pretty well so far. I tend to do comic characters, but I could also do actual PB's.

Unfortunately we do have a Remy, but there are still a ton of canons open, and we will be opening of OCs once some of the canons have filled out a bit. I do hope you are interested...i really do love your banners... :)
