Information: Basically, WWIII happens a a majority of the 'rich and important' people are taken to a secret island that's been used for experiments and creating 'super soldiers.' While the rest of the world is left to lie in ruin and anarchy, the island is ruled by a very strict, organized, and sophisticated government that weeds out the history. Over 100 years pass and the first batch of super soldiers are ready. No one knows about the world outside the island- due to the strict 'code of silence.' Anyone who mentions about the war and farther back are arrested, if not executed. After some of the super soldiers escape into the public and even into the outside world, a second more 'drone' batch is made to serve as the island's security force. Eventually, the escaped super soldiers try to overthrow the island also try to convince people in the outside world that there's an island that they came from. From there, the plot can go anywhere- as it'll be left the members to really make up the rest of the story.
It's not going to be futuristic to the point of flying cars and all but it will have slightly advanced technology, as well as some being taken away- especially in the outside world. I REALLY need a graphics person- just someone that can make tidbits for me- such as the side bar and pips. I honestly don't care if their 'gorgeous beyond the world' or anything, as long as they're decent.
Everything's set to go really, save a bit more information and what not- as well as graphics of course, but from there, we're basically good to go after that.
