Information: Basically I was just reading over Civil War the marvel comic event and began looking for a Civil War themed RP and sadly there aren't any active.

I was hoping to create a role play in a new universe with no canon characters (from ether Marvel or DC) and put them through a Civil War inspierd situation.

Only problem would be I'm a bit of a 'tard when it comes to coding, graphics and anything in anyway technical. However plotting, rules the boring admin stuff I'll do it
In an ideal world I would like an enthusiastic co admin to help out with the creative and technical aspects of the board.
