Okay so I am wondering if you can possibly have two sidebars on a forum. One on the left and the right. Would the coding be different or is it not possible?

Yep it's possible, if you wanna know how, then this is more a support related question. However this question has been asked before in the support center, can't remember the anwser, but if you have a poke about there you might find a topic about that on the first/second page.

I've tried three columns (two sidebars) before. It looks alright but might run into some problems with people who don't exactly have wide screen so you might risk it looking cramped or cluttered. On the other hand, the coding isn't too different, you just add one more column. Its really not that hard if you have a good knowledge of html coding, I wouldn't suggest doing it if you can't read html very well. As well as tagging sections of code so you know what it is without having to read through the whole thing to find the spot you are looking to edit.
