Title: Sound Interesting?
Description: Alice in Wonderland

So, I was babysitting my little sister yesterday, and she started watching Alice in Wonderland..and it inspired me. I had read the book a few years back, but that was a while ago and I had since let it slip from my mind. I also played the American McGee game, and that really sparked it.
Anyway, I ended up coming up with an RPG idea..but I'm not 100 percent on it yet and was hoping for opinions and suggestions. It's still a very fuzzy idea.
I was thinking of starting an Alice in Wonderland based RPG. The plot would be that Alice has grown up and Wonderland has since changed and become a darker place. A portal to Wonderland has been opened and some people are finding their way in. I was also thinking instead of the March Hare and Cheshire cat and so on being talking animals they could be people? Like the white rabbit would be a man in a white suit and rabbit ears? It would all still be very Wonderland-esque though, just more adult. I've seen the "family" and "clan" RPG's have become popular and that could occur in this RPG as well..like joining the Mad Hatters group or the Queen of Hearts..?
Would anyone be interested in something like this? It would involve both canon and original characters. I was thinking of calling it "Wonderland Unbound"
What do you all think?

I think you'd have to develop the idea a little more for me to be really interested. So people are finding their way into Wonderland- then what? Is there a plot, or is it more like the original story where it just kind of meanders?
Also, in the original, it's all a dream; is that the case here, or are they physically ending up in Wonderland?

It's still just pretty vague, I was hoping to fill in holes here.
I was going to deviate a bit from the original and combine some original elements and some American McGee elements. I am thinking that there is now physically a Wonderland, and it's in some kind of danger due to the Queen of Hearts iron-fisted monarchy. I'm going to have to develop the storyline quite a bit.

I like the idea about taking elements from American McGee's Alice -- haven't played the game, but when I found out about it a few years ago, I really wanted to. xD If you can come up with a good plot, then I say go for it.

You know The Queen is Alice's doppelganger?
So, you could make it so that Alice had stayed in wonderland and become evil herself.
