Experience: I've had some RPG experience since I was around 12 and have been in and out really because most projects didn't really appeal to my taste in RPGs in the long run. I've had quite a bit of staff experience and am familiar with the Mod CP and Admin CP for both InvisionFree and IPB forums.

In terms of Staff Experiences on other sites, the most notable staff job I had was being a RPG Moderator on a Sailor Moon RPG where my job was to go around, reviewing people's character submissions and generally "patrolling" the RPG forums before being promoted to a global mod. Sadly, that particular RPG went down the plughole as members suddenly stopped posting there.

Outside of RPG staff experience, I have been admin on a number of football (or soccer if you live across "the pond" ;)) and am currently part of a Resource Staff team on a forum called FMD where I moderate the the "add-on" features to a game call Football Manager and write new articles about the game.

As a moderator, I am very hard to "break" in terms of rogue members throwing verbal attacks at me and I always try and keep my cool. I've been a Wikipedian for abut two years now, you can check my profile out Here. In my experience there, I've come across some very hot headed people so I do think I've seen it all, well most of it anyway. ;)

I don't know if you're interested in Harry POtter. I may be looking for someone during the summer for longterm moderating but they would have to be an active member before I thought about making them a member of staff which I'm sure you can understand so maybe that wouldn't suit you.

Well, we're not a high school aged rpg, but we are a college-level if you're interested. We really need members. We just started and currently...only have one or two. But we do really need moderators. So far, because it's just starting, one global mod and about 7 different board moderators...
