Title: You Tube

Alright, after yesterday I am really angry with Youtube. I don't know how many people actually do this, but I was one who created fan videos of TV shows and hosted them on youtube. I never claimed the video clips or the songs used in any of the video's. At first I had three of them up there, then I got a message from youtube saying that they were deleteing one of them for copyright infringment. I was, and still am quite confused about it.

And then, another got deleted for the same reason; which i was quite angry about. But they still left one there which I thought was the best I created.

A few weeks went by and I got the same message about that last video. And I just gave up with it all and thought sod it...I wasn't going to bother with uploading anymore just for them to be deleted.

But I tried to log in the other day to check my messages and things, and I am permanently banned from it now. I can no longer log in. What a crock! I am so annoyed with it. UGH!

There's only one solution:

Make a new account and troll people. Get your vapid revenge upon the cruel community.

Youtube have to cover themselves so they will continue to do so because it isn't you that will feel the thunder--it's them. Sure other videos are left up which people feel 'should' fall into the deleted category, but it's to do with the size of youtube, and typically, they'll act quicker against videos where there is a risk against them getting into deep trouble over it.

If you want to take the flak, then upload them to your own webspace, or find an alternative. Then you can still display your videos but you will or some other company will take the heat, should it come down to that. Whatever you do, make sure you read the terms and conditions/terms of use before you go uploading, or you only have yourself to blame.

I don't see why you should be angry, hasn't youtube put up a number of notices saying that you can't have copyrighted material on your account? Mhm -- they have. I think you should've realized you needed to take down the videos after they got deleted the first time.

You broke the rules, and that came with a consequence.
