Title: Serif, Sans Serif, Or Script Fonts?
Description: And what is your favorite?

Sunday - June 18, 2008 03:07 AM (GMT)
Serif would be Times or Georgia
Sans Serif would be Arial or Trebuchet
Script would be Brush

Hopefully those all show up... Serif have little "feet" on them, sans serif don't (the default font on RPG-D is sans serif), and Script are like cursive/calligraphy fonts.

Which do you prefer?

I prefer Sans Serif, for the most part, I suppose. :]
And my favorite simple font (at the moment) is Verdana. <3 My favorite "fancy" font is probably Justy1, which I just downloaded...

Where's the option for no preference?

Also, I'd use anything but Arial. I hate Arial.

Serif all the way, baby :)

I like brush fonts but they're usually confined to graphic making.

I collect interesting handwriting fonts, but my personal aesthetic preference is for sans-serif in blocks of text, with serifs used sparingly, *especially* in the tiny tiny sizes that teh k00l kids tend to use. Serif fonts smaller than 1.0em just look like squiggles when all the serifs run together, it's terrible design.

I'm definitely a serif kinda gal. I also find I like a lot of script fonts. I like the pretties and frills more than the simplistic. XD

Serif is cute but I usually use Verdana so I chose sans serif.

Wait. What are we talking about? *confused*

I like serif for headders and titles, but I chose sans-serif because I'd much rather see posts in sans-serif than serif.

Serif -- looks more professional. I use them for essays and headers and stuff, but for actual posts and large blocks of text on my forums/sites, I usually use sans-serif fonts because they're easier for people to read. It looks like a lot of us actually agree on this. XD

Depends. For bigger fonts I like serif, but for smaller stuff, I like sans, as you can see. XD Don't use script very often, maybe once in a while in my graphics.
