I wanted to write a document for the debating forum, but where would I put it? Do I put it in the documentation forum or in the debate forum so it can be pinned?

What do you mean? If you're meaning you want to write a documentation on how to debate correctly, or guidelines to adhere to...well, I'm not sure that you should. Generally our documentations are for RPing and board management. We'd have to talk about it between the staff.
