I've got two games in the works that match your requirements. They're in the planning stages, though, and will be for some time. I'm heading off to Guatemala for a month this summer and I don't actually know what the internet situation will be like. I'm told I'll have internet but I don't know how much and how often and I'm supposed to be learning a semester's worth of college Spanish while there.

I know you said you were bored now BUT if you're interested in something more long term, it'd be nice to know I have someone to count on before I actually make the board instead of making it and then trying to find someone to help out.

What did you have in mind?

One.

A down and dirty, real crime based RPG focusing on a city divided between several different alliegances. I'm looking to actually start a game that has crime. People die. Or they at least get shot at and stabbed. I want to do something more realistic and I'm right now in the process of creating a very in-depth history and plot with subplots so that we actually do see some violent rivalries while still allowing for the importance of human relationships. It's actually going really well.

Two.

Post-zombie apocolypse. We're trying to do something in this genre that no one has done before and we're going to make it work. There are a lot of ideas in my little brainstorming group and we'd be interested in hearing more.

I don't really have any admins or mods assigned to any positions yet. I'm not ready to assign anything because I'm not ready - and won't be for a little while - to open any of these forums. So anything and everything is open and available.

I'm also planning out a Battlestar Galactica RPG and another, real life psuedo-high school game. It depends on interest and assistance on which ones actually come to exist.

Both of your ideas appeal to me like woah.
I'd be happy to help out on either or both and do whatever you like.
