I wanted to submit an RPG but when I tried to start a new topic it told me I don't have permission. Is there something I need to do before I can submitt a RPG or am I missing something?

Ordinarily, you need at least 15 quality posts. Additionally, submissions are currently closed in order to catch up with the backlog.
