Short Info about the Board: Small, friendly HP AU Board set in Ireland in 1969. Closer to original fantasy than HP, but we maintain some of the HP ideas of magic. We have no canons or anything that reflects anything about the HP plots. Magical Ireland has problems of its own including a dangerous book of magic that has slipped into the wrong hands, intolerance of immigrants, a new politcal party taking hold and any number of personal issues that are impacting our characters.

Additional Notes: We have sheep, a scary prison called Hackballs Cross and plenty of room at Rory Fallon's pub for you to pull up a stool and have a pint. We'd like to affiliate with fantasy or HP AU boards. We also ask for advertising buttons that are no bigger than 88 x 32 pixels.

I am declining affiliation for two reasons right now. The first is that the affiliation area seems to be buried within the board someplace. I think we all like our pretty buttons scrolling about someplace on the index page.

The second is the board is either not quite finished or it requires me to log in to be able to see the forums. I like to have a look at the boards and see what they are all about.

If you decide to change any of that, I'd be happy to have another look. I don't work on Invisionfree much anymore (I'm on SMFforFree), but if you need some help finding your way around, shoot me a message. It looks like your new to building boards.

When the PM system is up and running here, I'll send you one.

Ok, addressing your concerns in order:

1. The buttons are under reccommended sites, which lies on the bottom-left of the Portal, where it is on every invisionfree site. I'm going to get a temporary affiliate scroller, before my coder makes me a personal one.
   
2. They require you log in (it says above and below the board list that much). If you want, I can open a window of opportunity and allow guests to view the board for a short time. And what makes you think I'm 'new to building boards', I've administrated forums i the past. In fact, to date, I administrate... *ticks fingers* ...FIVE forums, three of them being IF. Want a list?

Even if we don't affiliate in the end... meh.

#Edit: Ok, I've made a (rudimentary) affiliate marquee. Hopefully, a more fashinable one should come through soon.

Ahh, THAT quote. Well, that was, what, mid-february? IF has a has a very novice learning curve, and I was referring to things like the Redirects and Permissions. Everything else I have fairly airtight.

Crazy, I was just about to PM you about the board I closed where you were going to be a rocking Lord Voldemort! I couldn't get enough interest on that board-- so off to the board graveyard it went.
