Okay, so I used the same code from my Resident Evil forum for my new one and when I changed the code for the 'switch users' area to link it into my new forum, it still goes back to my RE one. Not only that, but my staff icons and links for plot, rules, celeb claim, etc.
Here's the code for the 'switch user' area. Note that I've looked over the entire coding trying to find any link back to the RE forum and have found now. D:

Okay, nevermind that. It's working now but now the user switch, despite what name I put in to change to, just goes specifically to one member profile. O_o

Maybe you could just try deleting the whole code for the user switch, save your wrapper and then add a fresh code in and save again. That's what I had to do earlier for a similar problem.
Just re-copy and paste a brand new code. Like from here:
