Title: • Up For Hiring.
Description: admin, co-admin, writer, moderator.

Fender. - March 22, 2008 03:49 AM (GMT)

    name:
    zachary.
    age:
    fifteen.
    offered position:
    • co-administrator.
i've been role playing for up to eight years now, and know everything to know about being a co-administrator. i have taken this position on many forums, and i have developed skills that bring me to where i am now. i know fully how to use the administrative control panel, make sure forum/activity checks are up to date, and be responsible when it comes to making sure all members for your forum are secure and safe from one another, in a peaceful way.

    • moderator.
to be honest, i have only moderated few boards, but i am beyond the basic complex of knowing how to work at moderating. it has taken part of some of my eight years in role playing, and i have learned a lot; most of which is being responsible and not letting my administrator down. if i were to do such, which i never have, i would not be allowing myself to moderate.

    • writer.
i will be very very concieted here; i can write like hell. i am advanced in writing plots, subplots, canon lists, rules and regulations, summaries, etc. these skills were mostly developed for my knack of writing stories and short books outside of my hobby of roleplaying. i am well developed, but i cannot be rushed, nor will i take long periods of time. if i create art of words, i will make sure it is to the best of my ability.

    Experience:
    years.
    Custom Notes
    • i'm not really partial to helping with anything but intermediate to advanced forums; nothing personal, i just believe i have reached that skill level.

My name is Sophia and I own a LOST roleplay, it be preferable if you knew something of the genre, but it might auctually be refreshing if you didn't because we're taking it from the beginning anways. The basic concept is that plane crashes on a desert island and strange events hapen to our cast-aways.

Here is the link, you can pm me if you're interested

What I really need is ideas for mini-plots, aka not relationships so much as events. My plan is that "The Island" will invade threads, which could range from strange earlier inhabitants of the island to well whatever you can think of, and that's what I'm having trouble with, the thinking. It's a little sci-fi-ish.

I'm also looking for someone who can help me streamline my rules and character creation process because I'm having a little difficulty with that. And also check my spelling etc.

Hey Zachary. Yea, it can get quite annoying when you post a 1000-something word post and you get a reply that isn't even 300. -sigh-

But at Oxinfree I allow beginners to join because you can just find those people who role-play at your 'level' and stick to them like super glue :3

Anyway, I think I'm well off enough to role-play with you and I guess that's all that really matters because at Oxinfree it's just me and one of my friends. Your job there would be to role-play and be active so we can get started. So, Ihopeyoudo!

    you both will be PMED,

    thank you for posting here.

    :]

I am desperately in need of a plot writer. A luxury cruise ship washes up (crashes or the Captain grounds his ship in the middle of a fierce storm...it's up to you, really) on an unchartered island in the Pacific Ocean. PM me if you're interested.

Fender. - March 27, 2008 12:45 AM (GMT)

    you've been PMED.

Hey Zach, I need another co-admin for a GLBTQ site set in Canada called Cigarettes and Chocolate Milk. The site's pretty active, but the main admin and I are pretty busy right now, and we'd love to have someone of your experience and writing skills on board. You'd be accepting profiles and doing some moderating work, and of course, role playing. We're advanced, or at least we aim to be, and we have a lot of great writers on the board. If you're interested, we'd love to have you. A pm here would be fine!

Fender. - March 27, 2008 10:51 PM (GMT)
    thanks. you've been pmed.

Dancing In The [R.A.I.N] - March 27, 2008 11:13 PM (GMT)
I really need a sub-plot writer for my site, watch her leave. It is a Post DH HP role-play with several sub-plots. I particularly don't have much for writing skills. All I need is a sub plot written with the song of its title interspersed in between paragraphs.

Fender. - March 28, 2008 03:53 AM (GMT)

    awesome, i sent you a pm. ;]

xxcallieeexx - March 28, 2008 04:05 AM (GMT)
I'm really looking for a [sub]plot writer/co-admin to help me with this new site i've created. It's about a small neighborhood outside of Hollywood that contains the richest and most famous celebrities, and those who work with them. I guess it's more of a small town.

I'm going away for Friday-Saturday, but I'll be back on Sunday and if you've PMed me, I'll PM you back ASAP!

Fender. - March 28, 2008 04:10 AM (GMT)

    i'm interested, for sure.

    PMED. :]

if you're still looking for and administrator/moderator position and are interested in me, i am still very interested in taking up the job.

hey there, i understand you're a bit booked at the moment, but i was wondering if you'd be interested in an admin position at the site i'm currently working on- when things slow down for you that is. ^^

the site is called 'ritz and rubble' and is a new york city-based rpg, that's meant to be as realistic as possible. this means that there will be numerous sub-plots, and lots of boards to keep track of. right now, the site is in a very early development stage, so you wouldn't need to help out right away, if you even want to. as an admin, you'd receive my adoration in exchange for simple admin-ing tasks, i'm sure you know the drill.

there's quite a bit of writing to be done as well, but that's not the main reason i'm interested in you. i think you'd be a good fit for my forum.

if you're interested, i can PM you a link.
