Title: [S] Colors!
Description: which looks LESS hideous?

I'm making a skin for a skin competition and I'm very limited on my colors. I'm looking for a font color to go on a green titlemedium and I'm kind of stuck.
Here are my options:

The black is easiest to read, I know, but the purples are both part of the color palette I'm supposed to use and they match the skin better.

I would go with a darker purple text.

Black looks better, but it is somewhat simple, I would say the second purple if not black

i vote for the second purple or the black. it's hard with competitions so it's always a little difficult but those two would be my choices. and i agree, the black would be a bit simple.

Purple2 clashes a bit on my monitor, and the black looks a little... plain, so I went with the first purple. It should be interesting though...

I agree! Lol. The first purple looks like all the other purples I see on sites and pictures and things. The second one is prettier. And I'm simply a fan of black. If you add pictures of little decorations to make it un-plain-ish then go with black.

- Black is easiest, but it's too simple.
- There's not enough contrast w/ the green and first purple.
- Second purple is pretty and it pops out from the green.
Go with the second purple. =]

Haha, they're all tied up. I ended up going with the first purple, only because it matches the skin better and it's a little easier to see on my own moniter. You can see the final product in my Oh, Happy Day skin xD
