Well I can't exactly draw anatomy so I stick with mug-shot portrait instead. Any thought?

This is very well drawn, I'm not much of an atrist but i like the way this is. The eye, it really deays you inand seems to hold so much emotion.

Maybe next time try and do a little more with the shirt, it seems so plain and bare compared to the rest.

Thanks for the reply, yeah the shirt is really plain but I have limited imagination when it comes to costumes.

As Melly said it's a really good drawing. Similar to how I first drew (and still do at times lol). I do suggest however to have the neck be a little broader next time, looks a bit thin now. Me, I always look around the internet and stuff for getting ideas on clothing. If you want somekind of medieval dress? Just try and search on google, or maybe you could find some good stuff on Deviantart.

What I also did to get better at anatomy drawings is to start with a full front body drawing, from head to toe. This also allowes you to have some more fun with the clothing and stuff. There are some great tutorials around the net and some great books about anatomy.

Anyway, maybe if you ink it and colour it, it'll be even better ^_^. So, keep it up and I hope to see more of your work.
