Well I'm just curious, and I'ld like to know what you all think of the changes? Do you like the skin? The banner? General comments can be posted here too ^_^.

It's gorgeous! I saw the updated button on my site, got curious, and had to take a look - and wow, was I surprised! I love it! Everything looks great! :]

It's nice, I like the overall effect. Though, red may be a bit nasty to my morning eyes, but I'll live.

Note: In Fast Reply, the background is still white... div.tableborder needs a background colour I think... at least, that's what Firebug is telling me.

My initial reaction was "did I not just type Rpg-d?", but now that I have registered the fact, it is a lovely skin.

I was on another site and I saw that hte RPG-D button had changed, so I raced over to see the new stuff. It looks totally neat, I must say. I like it--especially since we had the last skin for two years or something like that. With variations, but still.

And who the hell did the banner? It's freaking awesome.

I think ShinLi did the banner...

Oh, another note on the graphics: maybe you could try making the staff pips a little more uniform. Like same color as the name colors.

I personally like them matching the sidebar images and being rather unobtrusive.

Yeah, I see that now and I agree. But it still looks like it says "JUDEX" and not "INDEX."

The old one sort of bugged me because the font colour and post background colours were sort of similar, but now it's a lot easier to read. xP

It's the "I" in my team icon...and that has to do with the font, not the color of it. It is a proper calligraphy "i", though.

When I logged into RPG-D, I thought I'd clicked the link to my site... and I freaked out at first because I thought we'd been hacked and someone had changed my layout. LOL. Phew!

I like it; the layout is really cute and unique. =] It's great to have a new layout; it'll take some getting used to, but it's great to keep things fresh, lol. <3

The one thing that's bugging me is that it takes a while for each page to load, I guess because this layout is a bit more image heavy? Or maybe it's just my browser/PC. Either way, it's a pretty insignificant thing. :p

It's more than likely all of the new graphics. They have to register in people's cache and sometimes that can cause things to slow down. Also, yea, the layout is a bit big, we're working on condensing and separating hopefully. We're nowhere NEAR some boards though XD.

The emoticons were already here, for ages XD, they weren't clickable though. And yes the banner was made by me ^^.

Also there isn't much we can change about the skin, because the skin is not ours, it's made by Kintesh of IDS. We have asked to pull up the skin a bit at the top so there isn't a big red space at the top, so we hope to get a pm back about that soon on another forum.

The red-green-yellow look is surprisingly eye friendly. I am impressed.

I checked compulsively this morning before school but had to leave before it was all put up. xD

I LOVE it. I really like the colour red, and the parchment'y beigey'yellow-white colour is also quite striking against the yellow. The teal in the font in the graphics is nice too; though I'll have to practice reading calligraphy again! Haha.

I must say, I wasn't anticipating the sidebar, but I do like it. My monitor is rather huge so it looks a tad amusing all squished in the middle, but most forums do that, so it's quite alright, and still looks great. And to echo Darth Makar, the header is absolutely fantabulous, kudos to ShinLi there! xD Actually, kudos to everyone who helped with the revamp... it's quite amazing. I love that I can actually read what I'm typing here now; I never could read it since I have terrible eyes and the background and font were so similar... major woot for the contrast!

I really love the colors! It's something completely different from the all the old skins and it's refreshing to see something new [not that i didn't like the old skins].

I still stand by what I said in the member color thread. I like shinli's green! -tempted to stalk her because of the color- :p

One thing I like is definitely the sidebar. I was not expecting to see one (seeing as there was an announcement box) but it is nice that te sidebar is somewhat filled (and not plain) ya know?

Though I think the portal looks a bit iffy. Maybe more work could be done to the portal somehow? It would be nice to see the portal looking up to par as the main forum (even if some thinks it isn't as important)...

The only issue I have with it, and I'm not sure if anyone's pointed it out yet, but the banner says "The place for al your RPG related needs," not "ALL your RPG-related needs." I may just be anal, but that's one of the first things I noticed.

Oh yeah. Because "RPG related" is a compound adjective of "needs," it should be "RPG-related."

Correct me if I'm wrong. I don't have my grammar book with me right now.

Well, it's not just that. "All" has a typo. There's only one L on the banner where there should be two.
