Board Topics: This is an IPBFree-focused links directory, but IF, PB, phpBB, and other formats are welcome. It is not RPG focused, although it has a small section for RPGs.
Link to profile on the Board: RosNotes: This has been on the back burner for awhile as a way to bridge IPBFree members to other sites out there, including roleplaying sites and RPG-D. It is feature and rules light intentionally. No post count is required to post your ad, and you place your ad where you want it to go. I had it in another format for months, but saw Dani's Japanese Spring skin and loved it, so it's taken on a sakura theme.
We do have a guest advertising enabled for most forums.
