Title: [S] Why Must Cbox Be So Mean To Me?!

radtardedx - February 2, 2008 10:24 PM (GMT)
Okay I have a CBOX on D.A, and I'm setting up a CBox for my upcoming (yay!) roleplaying forum, however, even when I put the code of my new cbox on my new forum, it, for some reason, comes up as the Cbox I have at Draconspire!! And I have tried deleting cookies on Draconspire, and it still just refuses to work..

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance :)

Are you using the same exact code?

missmossxx - February 2, 2008 10:30 PM (GMT)
Yeah, if you use the same code ((same account)) then it'll come up the same.
If you want a new cbox, you'll need to make a new account on the cbox website =P
It can sometimes mess up if you use the same email too.. But that is really rare. It's happened to me like.. once, and I've made about three hundred cboxes in my internet life.

:p Yeah, what she said. Always use a different Email and code. That's probably the problem.

Haha no I didn't use the same code XDXD
I might be abit ridiculous sometimes but definitely not that bad :p

Yeah same email. =(

Strange thing is, in the IPB preview of the board wrapper that it gives, shows the right cbox =\ but the actual forum shows my DA one 0.o

Thankss for ze help! ^^

just read your comment above edath, thanks, i'll try with a different email ;)

Always here to help, my friend. Even if I'm new to the site, I've had quite a few forums. :p

radtardedx - February 2, 2008 10:40 PM (GMT)

Haha same.

*sobs uncontrollably*

It is still the same bleedin' cbox!!
Feck!!
AND I'VE TRIED TWO DIFFERENT CODES!

:'(

EDIT: I refreshed it a second time and it redid itself.
Thanks for your help!! It finally works! :D

Hmm....If you have another computer in your general vicinity, try that.

Edited post above :) Solved, woopy!!
I refreshed it again, and it worked.
Weird, because I had refreshed it about seven times after replacing the code. XD

Thanks you awesome awesome people!!
