I cannot find a single male model with red hair. It's very frustrating. I have a friend that looks exactly right but I'd feel weird playing him on a site and I'm sure he wouldn't like to be a playby, so I shall have to suffice with a model.

Age: 26-30 if possible. A bit of a variant is fine.
Gender: Male
Hair Color: Red/Ginger, kind of long (as in not recently shaved...)
Skin Colour: I was hoping for someone who wasn't Caucasian, but I can live if that's all you can find.

I'm usually pretty good with these but you've got me stumped. Are there actually non-Caucasians with naturally red hair? I shall get back to you. The closest I can think of is too young.

I don't know. My friend isn't Caucasian but I'm pretty sure he just dyed his hair. Well, I'm willing to settle. I was figuring that or to make him a sea dwelling creature with red hair, so I guess it's going to be the latter.

I'm just looking for a red head with long hair. They all have it closely shaved or spiked and I don't want that.

I believe that the traditional natural Scottish-y red is tied to the alleles for pale skin because of the way the pigmentation works and how recessive the gene for that carroty red is (ie if you have a gene for dark skin, you'll also have the dominant pairs for dark hair).

Darker auburn hair occurs very rarely in northern India, Morocco, some parts of Pakistan, and Iran. Googling with those might help you narrow it down, though probability of 'hot male model' + 'long red hair' + 'pakistani' seems pretty low, unfortunately. XD

Grint was my first thought but I figured that RENTal lot probably would have ruled him out already. The guy I was going to suggest was some random kid actor I ran across looking for a different person.

P.S. He's like... 30. Plus, I don't like people associating my characters with famous characters (Ron Weasley), makes me feel odd.

I generally go there to find good models. They've got lots of stuff, sorted by name and description. ;D Hopefully that helps.

If you look on modelhommes.com--and you do need an account there--they've got a thread dedicated to redheaded male models. If you do a bit of browsing, it's easy to find, and registering isn't that hard. I've found several models that way. Good luck!
