Title: Mean Girls
Description: not the movie the people
Jackiee - January 24, 2008 11:23 AM (GMT)
Ok, I'VE HAD IT! The people I'm talking about aren't the people who are bullies it's more like the people in the movie 'Mean Girls.' Except the girls I know are 10 times worse. Ok they don't say teachers selling drugs and they don't have a burn book
(From what I know of). But they backstab each other all the time!
Rant: I'm going to start off with there clothes. It's ridiculous. There wardrobe is about 10 times the size of mine and they don't even were half of it. They'll buy something and a) were it once or b) never wear it again. Most of the clothes are from a really s***** clothing store. The material is terrible and it's EXPENSIVE. Like really expensive. You pay 50 bucks just for a t-shirt that is white and says 'I Heart my Boyfriend.' Rip off! Most of the clothes they own show all of the breasts or are very very very short skirts. Think Kelly Osborne cross with Madonna's show wear. That's what they wear EVERY freaking day! It's so gross!
Also food. The girls I know do not eat ANYTHING in front of guys. Then when they get home they pig out on junk food. When they are eating it's all the wrong foods. Also they chew gum 24/7 because they say it'll help you loose wait because when your chewing your stomach thinks you're getting food and it looses wait. It does not make you loose weight it just makes you hungry! When I went camping I ate it all the time. The only thing I got from it was HUNGER! SO why can't they get out of their thick heads that it doesn't help you loose weight.
Speaking (typing) of thick heads, they really aren't that dumb. One of the most popular girls in school was in the top maths class and got perfect grades in it but when it came to other subjects and outside of school she couldn't remember a thing. This girl wasn't blonde. Had no intention of being a blonde but she acted like the dumbest blonde ever. (Not that I have anything against blondes. I am one myself). You want to know why? Well I would like to know to but I'm positive that it was because of yet again guys.
Guys. They were always dating the 'hottest' guy in school. It was crazy. You would ask who they were going out with one day and it would be someone and then you asked the next and it was a completely different person. One of them even said she would never date a guy from our school again. The next day later she asked a guy out. He didn't ask her out, she asked him. Some much for that pact. Oh and I can't forget the moment one of them dumped this guy. He was crying for HOURS. I don't know how she said it but it must have been very mean coz this guy NEVER cries. My friend kicked him in the balls and he didn't show any sign of pain.
When it comes to friends they are the worst at it. They always back stabbed each other. It was so funny. One time at a party, one of them kissed a guy who was already going out with someone and so was she. They like full one made out. I told them to get a room but think off their 'GIRLFRIENDS and BOYFRIENDS first.' They ignored me of course. Then one of her so called friends called her a 'player'. She cried for hours and hours after. So much for friends! Also, she was only called a 'Player'. She was only 13 at the time. She didn't even know how to be a player. Some people might even take it as a compliment! I felt like screaming 'GET OVER IT! very loudly in all of there faces.
They are always nice to my face but I know every single one of them talks about me behind my back! I used to want to be one of them now I despise them! I'm sorry if I offend anyone. I just had to get it out!

Oh my goodness, that is so terrible it's almost hilarious. Mind you, we had our share of interesting specimens as well, but these guys take the cake. Chewing gum makes you lose weight? Yeah, right... it also gives you diahorrea, hon. That's not pleasant to have around boys either. Someone should tell them that...
There are some crazy things girls will do to get guys. I'm up on the tertiary end of it all, where we're supposed to be more mature, but no.. there are girls who will make out with other girls, because the guys love it. Which I find just plain weird, to be honest. Fair enough, you're friends with a chick, you're drunk, whatever.. been there, done that, got t-shirts from three different girls. Sorry, four. But to make out solely for the purpose of attracting a guy?!?!
Clothes were made to cover the body. End of story. While I wouldn't mind having a figure I could proudly wear short shorts in, just because you have it - doesn't mean you need to skank it around. There's such a thing as common decency, and all to often, displays of cleavage and the like can cause people to become uncomfortable, and it's really not necessary. A person can look just as nice in modest clothing, as they can in half a rag.
*shrug*
Personally, I like to stay warm.
But whatever, it's their choice if they want to freeze and look stupid for the sake of a guy, and if the guys are falling for it... well, not really a problem that can be fixed. But as one of my male friends said to me:
'She's attractive. Heck yeah, I love when I see her with it all hanging out... can't complain. But she's girlfriend material only. Y'know... few months fling, whatever. Not the sort I'd settle down with - heck no. And the guy who does? I pity his soul.'.

Thanks. THey heard the chewing gum thing off some TV show and copyied it. Then the younger girls got into it. The teachers were furious! They yelled at our class for an hour and the message for them didn't even sink in. They chewed gum for the rest of the year. This just made the teachers even more angry. One girl had never had a detention but got one because she was chewing it in class. What an idiot.
I've heard guys say the last part alot. I'm thinking 'Hello, do you not realize I'm here? And poor girl. Is that what we are to you guys? Flings,' Honestly i felt like slapping them. How can they treat a girl like that. I'm all for rights and Womens rights is way up there!

It occurs to me that these girls are treating the guys much the same way. If their primary objective is to get a boyfriend, sleep with them, and dump them in a few days, I don't think I would consider settling down with them either. But then again, I wouldn't like them in the first place.
These people just make me damn angry. They claim to not have emotions when they dump someone and then cry for days when they get dumped - to be serious, nobody is ever as shallow as they seem. Nobody can ever only desire sex and never love. They have hearts, just buried deeply inside them because of their insecurities, but it doesn't help anyway.
Idiots.

I know smart girls who do not try at all because they would rather be with their friends and be cool than actually do well in the world. It's very sad, in my opinion.
I am gladly not associated with people like that and this year it will be even better because I am going to the freak school (Hagley is in the middle of the city and all the druggies go there) which will be awesome. No more pathetic cool people.
Jackiee - January 26, 2008 03:42 AM (GMT)
I'm not friends with them now either. I used to be best friends with one of the. I used to be one of them. But i finally saw what the real world was like. Luckly i'm moving to a new school this year. No one i know is there so i can start over new. One thing for sure is i will not even think about being 'popular' I want real friends not Fake friends.
Carey Moffett - January 26, 2008 04:06 AM (GMT)
Good on you. I went for a year at one of my primary schools (I've changed schools five times - none of them because I was moving house) with no proper friends because I tried to be popular. It was crappy.
Darth Makar - January 26, 2008 07:32 AM (GMT)
People suck. No, seriously. It's people like that who make everyone else miserable. If they could keep to themselves, then who really cares how they dress. But it's the fact that they flaunt it and drag other people in that really gets everyone else involved.
And the guys aren't any better. People complain about the girls, but if the guys would just ignore them, they would probably stop doing that sort of stuff.
But that's how the world goes. People will always be like that, I suppose. *shrugs* Good luck with school, focus on your studies, lace their food with laxatives and kick them in the shins.
Mousie - January 26, 2008 08:39 AM (GMT)
Yeah. Well, whenever you see them chew gum, you can laugh now. There's something added to it that seriously gives you diahorrea. It's fine if you only have a little bit, but excessive use like they seem to be doing, it ain't good for the system!
I'm glad you got out of that lot. It's a lot more fun to be unpopular and eventually successful, than it is popular and successful for as long as highschool goes. Normal people have people skills - they only have social skills, and that won't get them far, no matter the IQ.
I never subscribed to the whole popular deal.. though I won't say I didn't look up and wish I could be one some day. But on the upside, I got friends who lasted me beyond school - and I'm a happy enough person now.
... so the carefactor that I wasn't popular is like... zero.

I think it's only the sugar free. Sugar free candy and gum have something "sweet" in it which gives the ones eating it diahrrea. (Woah, can't spell there.)

ich, that sort of thing used to drive me up a wall how i'd try to flirt with somebody but because i was effing dressed and not a, pardon my french, but i feel this is the most appropriate term, **o*e, they'd be staring over my shoulder at some girl with about two inches of clothing on the legs and barely a shirt in the middle of winter. plus, a lot of my guy friends have told me why decent guys do that. they think that if they don't look at girls like that, people will say they're gay. ugh.
but now, i look down on them, i know it isn't nice, but it's my mental defense against annoyance, i think, well, i have a brain and i use it. they don't, therefor, they'll possibly end up on street-corners while i'm making a lot of money with my french horn or in a business.
i don't want a boyfriend so much because of the fact that there'd be gossip or something or my aversion of public kissing, which everyone apparently must do to be 'straight' as much as the DRAMA. rumors about my sexuality be damned. just because i'm not making out all over the place, i mean really.
oops, sorry, i turned that into a rant. i guess i hijacked your topic. (blush) (tongue)
Carey Moffett - January 26, 2008 11:28 PM (GMT)
From my first post down I know we are all girls. Therefore we don't know what it's like to be a guy. My guy friends have told me it's really, really hard to ignore it when girls show a lot of their bodies off. Which may explain in part why the boys don't ignore the girls who flaunt their bodies.
Also, sugarfree chewing gum does worse than that. It contains a chemical (can't remember what it's called) which makes you unhealthy, I think it can make you gain weight (haha to those girls then) and also temporarily make you more stupid (not sure how). So sucks for them.
EDIT: In fact, I know everyone except Constellation is a girl. Him/her I'm not sure.

The local news just reported that two girls at some highschool took pictures of them exposing themselves and sent it to their boyfriends. Few days later, the entire county has their pics. They're probably on some pedophile site by now too as they were only 13 and 17. And that's why you're better off not getting into any of that crap. (smile)
Jackiee - January 28, 2008 08:52 AM (GMT)
Hahaha. Suck to all the girls at my old school. I'm gonna send them this infomation. I want to see how they react.
Oh my gosh. I can understand a 17 year old. But a 13 year old. She must look up to the 17 year old to do that. I would never or could ever do that. I'd feel to uncomfortable.
