Title: Rip, Heath =(

Clipsed - January 22, 2008 11:54 PM (GMT)
Please tell me I'm not the only one who almost had a panic attack upon hearing that Heath Ledger had died, because if I am, I'll feel like an idiot. A sorrowful idiot, but an idiot nonetheless. My greatest fear is that A Knight's Tale will become really depressing for me now =P

RIP, Heath Ledger.

*stares at in shock*
...WHAT?
*runs to google*

[edit] Wow, I did not know that. But upon reading what you said, I became very panic attacky as well. This is very depressing news...

he was so talented and will be missed.
Heath stole my heart in "10 Things I hate About You"
I basically fell in love.

everytime I watch anything with him in it... I am going to be depressed.

He was such an amazing actor, and it's really REALLY shocking to think about

I feel the same way. It was really shocking. My heart missed a beat. But he will be remembered through his amazing work. And all of those crazy fangirls. Either way, his was amazing.

I really didn't care until I remembered he was in 10 Things I Hate About You. He was sooooooo cute in that movie! I don't keep up with celebrities that much (read: not at all), but I am sad a face that adorable is gone. :(

He was a talented actor with so much going for him. He was only 28, and he had a 2-year-old daughter. Luckily, authorities have declared it to be an accident... But that doesn't change the fact that he's gone, which is so hard to accept... This was so unexpected and so tragic. May he RIP.

Oh my god... I really didn't know!

That really is kinda shocking and upsetting. *cries*

I just saw this morning :[ GOD, I was so shocked. He wasa good actor and you are right, I'm afraid that 'The Dark Knight' might not be as enjoyable for me now. RIP

accidental? my mum told me it was an OD... did they think that he had committed suicide or was it not what she told me, at all? -hasn't read the articles- i have a nasty habit of staying away from such things

It's messed up. I found out by reading another forums c-box and then promptly when to search for it. It's blech! RIP Heath Ledger <3 I thought he was a cool guy.

This was freaking depressing news. It wasn't an intentional overdose. It was a prescription for sleeping pills to address insomnia. He was stessed and had a lot of trouble sleeping. I can so identify---and when you are exhausted and desperate to sleep-- I don't know--but I can easily see this happening.

So freaking sad.

I also sat there staring in disbelief at first... I seriously thought it was a joke. It's not like I'm a huge fan of Heath Ledger, but I like what I've seen him in and he was just one of those I never expected something like this to happen to...

it's really depressing :( 28 years old, promising actor with a little daughter, and now he's gone :(

leanimarie210 - January 23, 2008 05:41 PM (GMT)
I cried. I'm not even going to lie. As I keep reading the reports though, it angers me that their first thought was suicide when there isn't any evidence to support their claims.

From what I've heard and read, he had pneomia which people are assuming he took something for, which may have mixed badly with his sleeping pills.

Either way I am very sad. I wasn't a HUGE Heath Ledger fan, but I repected him and his work. He will be severely missed. :(

Really really sad news. I didn't know until my brother rang me in the wee small hours of this morning and told me to turn on sky news. We both got a fright. Great shame.

Ariana - January 27, 2008 12:44 AM (GMT)
I was a huge 10 Things I Hate About You fan, so the whole thing was really upsetting to me. We had watched that movie just a few days before his death, so now my friend is really freaked out and thinks we are "cursed". I'm just really, really sad.

After reading up about it though, my mom has decided she definitely will not let me get medicine for insomnia. Normally I would be superly upset but after seeing how easily something like that can be lethal I'm not complaining. I still can't believe he's gone :[

OH MY GOSH. I was so surprised when I read this on Friday but I didn't open it so I thought he was some actor I didn't know of, so I was sorry but only because it's horrible for a life to be lost. And then I came in here and read it was the Heath Ledger who was in 10 Things I Hate About You. Wow.

I pray God is looking after him.

Indy - January 28, 2008 05:53 PM (GMT)
I was so sad when I heard about this, first when some were discussing it on a forum I'm on, and then later at school when they were talking about it. It just seems to unfair for Heath to have died at that age, not yet in his prime as an actor, but certainly building up to it.

He was really good in 10 Things I Hate About You and A Knights Tale, I never saw Brokeback Mountain, but I'm sure it was as good as the rest.

I heard a rumour that a priest refused to bury him because of his role in Brokeback Mountain, that's just silly!
