Title: [S] See Sub Forums?

HoshigakiKisame - January 1, 2008 04:12 AM (GMT)
I was wondering how you make it on your forum, when viewing the index to be able to see the sub topics in each forum. For example:

TCGS

|Naruto| Bleach|Yu-Gi-Oh|

In that TCG forum when seeing the board index how do you allow to see the sub topics before clicking on it? Thanks for anyone who helps.

Well, some forums, such as IPBFree, do that automatically. I'm assuming you're talking about InvisionFree?

If that's the case, simply type the HTML for a text link into the forum description box, like below:

CODE
<a href="SUBFORUM URL HERE">Subforum name here</a>

there is also an automatic code, if you'd like:

QUOTE
<script type="text/javascript"><!--
/*Subforum Listing by (Beta|UnwantedSuperHero)
This code may not be modified without the creator's permission.*/
document.write("<scr" + "ipt type='text/javascript' src='http://209.85.12.231/11008/57/upload/p1760407.ibf'>" + "</scr" + "ipt>");
//--> </script>

that's what i use. :)

remove the space HERE:
//--> </script>
^between the two pointy brackets (> and <).

LOL I find that annoying, as well. I just put the code in the CODE box. then it doens't happen. Watch:

CODE
blah blah >< blah

I love that code, though. I'm so gonna use it!! So much easier than having to do it manually!
