Changing a background on someone else's skin requires the skin maker's permission. We don't accept sites which have changed the skin, nor do most other ad sites. If you had your own custom skin, that would be another story.
Also, that background was taken from another site or skin, and would be considered ripped if that admin didn't get it from a free backgrounds site.
eek, i'm sorry. i've seen it on lots of sites before and i was just wondering if there was a way -shrugs-. i would've asked the maker of the skin, so i'm sorry if it seemed like i was going to rip that. hm, as far as i know i didn't take it from another site or skin, i just google imaged 'floral prints' or something and got that & saved that to my photobucket.
