Title: Source Code Suggestions

1. The 'add us to your favorites' code... Awesome... if you have IE (puke!). If you run a Mozilla Browser ((smile)), then the link doesn't work, and you get frustrated trying to click the link to add this page to your favorites. There's a simple way to work around that using Javascript.. PM me if you want more details...

2. The source code for that box is pretty... crazy. A couple unneeded </marquee>'s, and some other crazy looking codes...

3. Besides that, nothing really.. 3 is just a good number to count up to...

oh.. 4. Some of the links to subforums still link to your old z5.invsionfree.com/rpg-directory or w/e... I can't access that from school- it blocks all invisionfree sites unless they're on their own domain...

It has already been announced that we are working on a revamp, with a new skin and different layout. The box was not made by anyone on this site, and is a code we cannot "fix" without infringing copyright. We will not be using it in the revamp.

This site is still on InvisionFree, it just uses a masked domain. Masked domain links don't always work well on any site. If you look at the bottom of the site you will still see the IF copyright.

Oh.. Well, I made one very similar without the mistakes, if you'd rather have that, I could help, but whatever. I did base if off the design of the one above, but I made it by scratch by myself...

And you can fix the code to whatever you want. You can modify a code or skin or anything to suit your needs, as long as you keep the copyright intact. I have friends that are lawyers tell me that it's fine...

And yes, I know that- i've done the same thing on my own site. But my school blocks the URL 'z#.invisionfree.com/Board_Name'... It doesn't block the URL rpg-directory.com, for example. So when i click the links to the subforums on the index page, it links me to the z5.invisionfree site you registered with, instead of the rpg-directory domain.

We already have a code written, but thank you.

If it's just the subforum links, they will be redone with the revamp.
