a typical post by me. this is as Lucretia Thea Malfoy on hello operator;;

Furious. That word, it wasn't enough to describe how Lucretia felt at that point in time. She was beyond furious. She was seething. No one had ever given her a detention before this, and now some stand in Herbology teacher thought that it was acceptable to give her one for being three inches under the amount required in her essay. She isn't even a real teacher! She's barely five years older than me and she thinks she can get away with this. No, not even a teacher had burned Lucretia Malfoy before. Needless to say, Draco Malfoy would soon be receiving an angry letter from his little princess... the substitute teacher had better watch her back.

She'd had to sit, for two bloody hours, planting mandrake seeds for a lesson for some second years. She had had mud on her face, dirt under her nails and grime all over her until she'd performed a cleaning charm on herself. Don't house elves do jobs like this, not pureblooded witches like myself, so elite that they probably have blue blood running through their veins? She sniffed, upset at the fact she hadn't tried to do anything to get out of the blasted detention. She hadn't sat in Charms, the class after Herbology and thought up numerous excuses as to why she couldn't go... how un-Slytherin like of her.

On her way back to the Slytherin common room, she'd had time to tidy herself up and try to look at least half presentable to her house mates, though she hadn't had long enough to calm herself down. The walk from the greenhouses to the dungeons wasn't a particularly long one, around five minutes if you walked sharply, but Lucretia was not in the mood for that. She meandered slowly through the halls and corridors, passing several people as she went on her way but she didn't even acknowledge their presence even if they had done so to her. An insult rang in her ears, "Stuck up bitch."
But she carried on her way. People like Lucretia had better things to do than argue with some half blooded Gryffindor reject with nothing better to do on a Friday night than hang around in the dungeons.

She reached the wall that was the entrance to the Slytherin common room. This was why it was so difficult for people outside of Slytherin to find, the wall looked exactly like any other but when you said the correct password to the space, it opened up - somewhat like the entrance to Diagon Alley. There were a few people in the common room but none that she really knew well enough to start a conversation with. She greeted a few of them, then went over to the left side of the room where there were four a five armchairs dotted around a small coffee table, it may not have been that best spot in the common room, but it was her favourite. It was secluded yet you could see what everyone else in the room happened to be up to, having the advantage on the majority was a very important thing to the Malfoys, and  Lucretia was no exception.

[ NATION ality ]; British, with a little French in there.
    [ HEIGHT weight ]; 5’5, 107lbs
[ DISTINGUISHING features ]; Adhara has white-blonde hair that is a very unique colour, so this is pretty distinguishing.
[ PERSONAL style ]; When in Hogwarts it’s school uniform and robes, but outside of school she likes... green. She wears skirts quite a lot as well, but she dresses quite casually.
[ PLAYED by ]; Heather Marks
[ OVERALL appearance ]; When someone first notices Adhara Malfoy, it's hard to say what they would first pick out. If you had to ask her, she would definitely say she is better looking than most of the girls she knows. (Addy was always a bit vain) And her looks are something that she takes a lot of pride in. She has light blue eyes, very round, with long dark lashes framing them. It seems as if everything about Addy is pale (which she attributes to her father's side of the family); her hair, eyes, and skin are all extremely light in color. While she used to have dreams of being a beautiful tanned girl walking along the beach, after many, many sunburns she had resigned to the fact that it's not likely. However her skin is a pristine paleness, like new china, dewy and with naturally flushed cheeks. She blushes easily when she is embarrassed, and her whole face is reduced to a splotchy red blob of color. However, Addy tries her hardest not to put herself in embarrassing situations, if at all possible.

Adhara is pale, fair eyed, and fair haired. Her hair was always something that her mother took pride in. Ash blonde, almost white, straight, shiny, and noticeable from about ten meters away - Addy's hair is sort of thick and silky, falling gracefully over her shoulders in loose curls that continue down her back; however she wears it straight more often than not, and her cut is a bit on the choppy side. She keeps her hair extremely well groomed...vanity again, and her pale head of hair always seems to be gleaming. Her face is an oval-shape, with a rather defined and pointed chin...her cheeks are somewhat prominent, and always rosy, as if she were blushing. Her nose is somewhat long, and a bit pointed at the end...but altogether on the small side of things.

She has a certain air about her that exudes a quiet self-importance. She has been used to hearing comments about her looks from the time she was old enough to understand words at all...and she has an easy confidence about her that seems to pervade any look she gives. Addy likes to think that the fact she wears glasses makes her look a bit more clever, people sometimes joke that she looks like an even bigger twit than before. Regardless, she wears the glasses because they help her read; and because her mother Daphne told Addy she needed them. She wears clothing effortlessly, even though she rarely ever puts more than thirty minutes of effort into clothing.

Regarding her figure, Addy is slight, to put it bluntly. She isn’t incredibly tall, either, more of a below average height…but a bit on the smallish side. Her body is mostly lean muscle and bone, which makes her seem very thin…which she is; but not for lack of eating…seeing as she always takes seconds on desserts after dinner. Her body is, if anything, awkwardly skinny. She is shaped almost like a boy, lacking in any sort of curve of feminine definition. Her breasts are close to nonexistent, and her hips are merely two bones that extend above her pelvis. However her body does have a lithe charm to it, and while her movements can tend towards awkward at times, she carries herself with poise and confidence, always wearing that smirking grin on her face. Her lips just seem to curl into the most devilish-looking grin whenever she smiles, preferring one side of her face to the other.

[ BOGGART fears ]; She is afraid of spiders as one once crawled along her pillow during the night and she started screaming once she’d seen it.
[ ERISED dreams ]; She sees herself with a husband and of course, a beautiful little pureblooded family and an heir to carry on the family name.
[ GREAT patronus ]; Her patronus is a swan and it stems from her memory of flying around on her brothers’ brooms with them beside her making sure she didn’t fall but still having a great time. It was the first time she had ever flown and she absolutely loved it.
[ EVIL dementor ]; a dark empty space.

She didn’t know how she’d gotten down there. Six year old Adhara had been running around the Manor, trying to find her mother when she’d gotten lost. Imagine that! Getting lost in your own home! How ridiculous... But somehow, she’d managed it. She sharply drew in her breath trying to calm herself down. Crying won’t get you out of this mess, her mind told her. She was in the dungeons of Malfoy Manor, a place she’d never been before.

The walls were made of a dark grey stone, it was obviously the only part of the manor her father hadn’t had refurbished when he finally inherited his family’s historical home. It was freezing down there and the few torches on the walls flickered dangerously, as if threatening to go out. The house elves hadn’t been down here in a long time... there was a dead rat lying against one of the walls - its body partly rotten and Adhara couldn’t help but scream when she saw the blasted creature.

She turned down one of the corridors, trying to find her way back to the main part of the manor when it was suddenly submerged in darkness. She screamed and started running, trying to get back to the light but she couldn’t. After half an hour of blindly running she sat down against the wall and just starting sobbing, tears running down her face and her hair all mussed up.

Yes, this was how her older brother Abraxas found her almost an hour after she’d ‘disappeared’.
[ SPECIAL abilities ]; Adhara doesn’t have any special abilities that no one else does, but honestly... does sex count?
[ FAVORITE spell ]; Imperius. She’s fascinated by the way she has complete control over the person she’s cast it on; call it an obsession – she enjoys casting it on small animals to see what she can make them do.
[ OVERUSED sayings ]; “Oh, fuck off.”
[ OVERALL personality ]; Adhara is a true Slytherin in every way, she’s extremely ambitious and only wants the best for herself, but unusually – sometimes she wants the best for her family as well. She can be very self centred but she also cares for her family a lot and would never bring herself to betray someone close to her. She gets very moody when things don’t happen the way she wants them to or, if she doesn’t get her own way as she’s so used to having everything she wants and anything she needs. She sets out to achieve every single goal she sets herself and she can be a bit of a spoiled brat at times probably because her parents hand her everything on a silver platter, poor little rich girl?

Adhara has a sort of quiet confidence about her that she feels comes from good breeding and sometimes has the belief that she’s better than you. She is a self-possessed and self-sufficient sort of girl who, while she has an independent spirit, loves to bring someone along for the ride with her. She’s doesn’t exactly hate being alone but she prefers to be in a group of people, but of course, being the centre of attention. She is the sort of person who can have every eye in the room on her because of natural charisma and charm, passed down from her parents. Sometimes her desire to have a good time can be construed as immaturity, but don’t forget, she’s only fifteen. What else would you expect? Sometimes her tendency to be easily bored… and also show it… betrays her immaturity when more often than not she’ll try to act older than she is.

Adhara isn’t the most intelligent person you’ll ever meet but she does have an understanding of books and learning in general, but apart from that... she’s clueless. She is very clever when it comes to some subjects in school, and always raises her hand to answer questions, but outside of class it’s as if she’s a different person. She often seems a bit spacey and confused, even though she means well. Her friends sometimes tease her for being a blonde ditz; but it’s obvious that she wants to learn and better herself because she spends quite a bit of time studying. Things usually come to Adhara as quickly as they do for others, but she’s willing to work hard to get them.

Adhara is usually quit concerned with what other people are thinking about her. Coming from a family as important as the Malfoys has given her a sense of pride that she feels is well deserved. Seeing as she was given such an important place in society, she takes it upon herself to make sure that she would never do anything to disgrace the family name. She loves her family more than she loves most people. Or, rather, any people; and she puts the happiness and well-being of her family far above anyone else’s, apart from herself. She is a good friend to those whom she deems worthy of her company... However if you’re not friends with her… you better be careful. She has a tongue that can cut glass, and she has a keen ability to know exactly what to say to hurt someone.

●● B L O O D I S T H I C K E R
    [ HOME town ]; London
    [ BLOOD status ]; Pureblood
    [ FAMILY wealth ]; Rich
[ WHOLE familia ]; She’s very close to her brothers, and quite close to her mother but not as close to her father – his favourite is Abraxas .
[ OVERALL history ]; It's safe to say that as a child, Adhara was a brat. Spoiled rotten and reeking of and old-money lifestyle, she was a perfect little blond devil. From the moment she could figure out what was going on around her...she owned it. There was nothing she couldn't have, and nothing she didn't want. Her parents did everything for their pampered little princess, and she knew how to get anything she desired - all it took was a bounce of those blonde curls or a blink of a blue eye. Of course her parents schooled her in all the old ways; the importance of being of pure wizarding blood...etc, and Adhara was proud of her lineage. And what perfectly pedigreed little witch wouldn't be?

All she knew was the lifestyle her parents and the rest of her family showed to her, and she loved it, every bit. And of course she knew that when her older brothers got their Hogwarts letters that she would be following soon. That being said, she was insanely jealous that her older brother could in fact have the one thing that she wanted, and one thing she couldn't do anything about at the time. Abraxas was eleven, Astynax was ten, and she was she, and ten year olds didn't go to Hogwarts. She had to wait around at home until she could go too...which killed her. She whined around the house, sulked, and cried...but only for about a week or so until she found something newer and more fascinating to do.

But then..that next year, her wish came true. She could go to Hogwarts. She was more excited than anything to finally step on that train and go where she knew she deserved to go. It was impossible for her to wipe that smug little smirk off her face the entire time. The sorting hat had only to sit upon her perfectly coiffed head for a split second before it barked out "SLYTHERIN!!"... much to the delight of her older brother Abraxas, who had also been sorted into that house, and their parents (once she wrote back to them). Her first and second years proceeded as planned. Adhara did her best to tease all the Gryffindorks and Huffleypoofs she could, especially the mudbloods. As far as she was concerned, just having the name "Malfoy" made her better than anyone else. She fell in with a group of Slytherins in her year, and continued to act as if she owned the very stones she walked on.

But of course being a Malfoy has afforded her certain advantages in life that she plans on taking full advantage of. She plans on doing well at Hogwarts, no matter what it takes; and ending up married to the right bloke. She has this desire to always do what's best for her family and friends, and will put herself out there in order to help one of them

There are many things going on at Dementis Furiosus. Here is just a sample of the fun and games:

The intellectuals. That’s how they’re known. They work hard to achieve the best possible grades and often sacrifice the chance of a social life to do so. Not these guys - they work hard and they play hard. Anything they can get their hands on is fair game and the parties tend to get a little out of hand. However, they’re also trying to learn to become animagi. It’s only a matter of time before something goes wrong. Alcohol and a transformation attempt could meet far too easily…

A Slytherin dating a Gryffindor has thrown the whole rivalry off-balance and no one quite knows what to think any more. Suddenly, people are experimenting with people they would never previously have looked twice at. And it’s great. Only problem is, it’s also against school rules. As long as it is kept quiet, things should be ok. But everyone knows that’s not going to happen…

A lot has been happening outside of Hogwarts, too. There is a lot of political speculation in terms of the Ministry’s intentions. A star Quidditch player is in a coma and the cause has been covered up to prevent suspicion. Several people who were destined to be Death Eaters have deserted the cause and gone into hiding. And on top of all of that, the Death Eaters are preparing for their master’s return. The adults of the Wizarding World are preparing for a war. And they’re scared.

There’s room for everyone at Dementis Furious - students, professors, adult wizards, death eaters… if you can think of it, we can accommodate it! Just because the books said something happened, doesn't mean it has to happen here... care to take on the challenge of re-writing history?

Would you be interested in helping out an unrated all-male Post-Potter era Durmstrang RPG? Wow..that was a mouthful

Actually, I'm not sure that one admin that signed on to help is still interested. If you're interested, shoot me a PM and then woot.
